The Event Liaison is the only official point of contact and is responsible for all things pertaining to the booking. He/She must be readily contactable throughout the booking either via call, WhatsApp or text.
Strictly no club-style parties; this shophouse is not intended for wild use.
Disorderly, rowdy, or immature guests are unwelcome.
Do not pluck the cloud light.
Any alcohol consumption leading to vomiting outside the designated toilet area will result in penalties.
Premises’ speakers are pre-set to acceptable volumes; no personal speakers allowed.
Adhere to the specified maximum number of guests.
Handle and move space equipment with care; no rough usage allowed.
Vspace does not impose a cleaning fee; hosts must ensure trash is cleared post-event and furniture is placed back thoughtfully.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the space.
Host must ensure it’s a private event and doors are well closed.
